How do I know which key blank to purchase?
We designed our website to make finding your key easy and intuitive. Just click on the make of your motorcycle or scooter (eg, "BMW" or
"Vespa"), then scroll down the page until you locate the model and year of your bike. If your model and year are indicated in the description,
then that key blank will work for you.
I want my high-security key duplicated. Can you do it?
Absolutely! We can clone your transponder and sidewinder key. Once you locate your key blank, select
the "Yes, clone my key" option before adding to cart. After completing your order, mail us your original key. We will cut/clone you you an exact
copy using our state-of-the-art equipment and send you both the new key and your original. Please note that we cannot be responsible for your key
while it is in transit to us, so make sure you insure and/or track your parcel upon shipping. Send your key to:

I lost my original key. Can you still make me a replacement?
Usually, as long as you have the key code. Please email us or call (650)892-8061 for more information.
Is my credit card information safe?
Your online security is of utmost importance to us. This is why we have chosen to use Google Checkout as our exclusive payment gateway.
Google's fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorized purchases, and because your payment information never goes through our
database, you can be rest assured that your credit card number won't be compromised.

When will I receive my order?
We typically ship in-stock keys within 2 business days of receiving your order. Additional ship time depends on the shipping method you
select. (See Shipping Options.) If we do encounter any problems fulfilling your order, we will contact you
immediately.
What do you do with my personal information?
We need information such as your address and contact information in order to get your order to you. We use this information
only for that purpose, and after a fixed time, we delete the information from our database. We never loan, share, or sell your
information to anybody else.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be completely happy with your shopping experience. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase,
please let us know and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
